Our Story
We are a small, family-run business built from firsthand experience in food and beverage. Our path into high-pressure processing didn’t start in a lab, it started in production kitchens, delis, and juice manufacturing, where reliability and trust matter every single day.
As we grew our own brands, we relied on third-party processors to handle critical steps in food safety. Over time, we became increasingly concerned with the lack of visibility and accountability. We had no digital verification of the processes being performed on our products, yet the responsibility for safety and quality always rested with us.
Our background spans the full spectrum of food production. We began in food and beverage, operating a chain of restaurants and then a small deli and later launched a beverage manufacturing company producing cold-pressed juices. As juice manufacturers, we became deeply immersed in the challenges of shelf life, microbial safety, and maintaining freshness without compromising nutritional integrity.
That experience led us to high-pressure processing and we were immediately drawn to the science behind it. HPP’s ability to inactivate harmful pathogens using pressure instead of heat, while preserving taste, texture, and nutrients, aligned perfectly with how we believe food should be treated. The precision, repeatability, and data-driven nature of the technology fascinated us and ultimately inspired us to invest in our own HPP and food processing facility.
What began as a solution for our own products has grown into a service for brands who value transparency, quality, and food safety as much as we do. We built this facility with the same care we expect for our own products, because we understand exactly what’s at stake.
